Building automation market research
Smart Homes are the future, but it’s easy to lose the forest for the trees with all the different technologies out there. We helped Lister Buildings define and design their needs for system integration and select the right building automation partner.
Water+Energy system Brainport Smart District
In Helmond a new area development is rising with the aim of becoming ‘the world’s smartest district’, known as Brainport Smart District. We advised Lister Buildings on their energy and water system design for a 60-dwelling appartment complex.
Solar Carport Aardehuizen with battery storage
Covering car parks with solar panels has the double benefit of providing both shade and electricity for electric vehicles. For these reasons, a 70 kWp solar caport was constructed at the Aardehuizen. A seasalt battery smart grid was connected later.
